Many of us are familiar with "Last Chance U," the Netflix series that followed the lives and struggles of junior college football players. However, the popular show also had a spin-off focusing on basketball players who are in a similar situation. "Last Chance U: Basketball" premiered in March 2021, and it follows the East Los Angeles College basketball team, which is made up of players trying to reach the next level.

Similar to the football players featured in "Last Chance U," these basketball players have faced various obstacles in their lives, from academic issues to personal struggles. However, they all share a common goal: to play at a four-year college or even in the NBA.

He eventually left the team and returned to Chicago, where he had to work odd jobs to make ends meet.

However, Muhammad never gave up on his dream of playing basketball at a high level. He eventually landed a spot on the East Los Angeles College team, where he was a key player and helped lead the team to the state championship game.

KJ Allen

KJ Allen is a freshman guard who was one of the top recruits in the country coming out of high school. However, he struggled to adjust to the college game at Wichita State and ended up transferring to East Los Angeles College.

Despite his early setbacks, Allen has shown a lot of potential and could be a star in the making. He is known for his athleticism and scoring ability, and he has already received interest from Division I programs.
